Now that the weather is cooling down to Fall temperatures are here, you have to start bolstering your immune system so you don’t get sick.  You probably already see lots of people getting sick because as the seasons change it’s just something that happens and our bodies are vulnerable many times.   Not to mention that the flue hysteria and panics will begin soon and you want to be ready for that without having to get the vaccine which never works.
Here’s how you can keep yourself healthy and do so naturally and without all the drugs and other dangerous methods.
  1. Exercise Consistently 
It’s definitely one of the best ways to strengthen your immune system, but you have to workout on a consistent basis for it to really be effective.   When you use weight training for women, according to multiple studies, you increase the speed at which your immune cells can circulate and move in your body.   It’s really interesting, but when you are working out, you immune system weakens just a bit, but when you workout consistently it will get stronger and stronger over time.
  1. Eat Clean Foods 
When you have a diet that is not right, you create imbalances in your body where it might be deficient in certain nutrients so you have to use clean eating recipes.   Eating clean and enough will ensure that you get the right amount of nutrients for a strong immune system and vitamins as well.   Then you have your go to vitamins like C, B12, D, and a few others… all of which you can get in a multivitamin or in their own supplements.

It’s a real problem that most women don’t really wash their hands enough and that can lead to a vast exposure of some bacteria and more.  Try to wash your hands with a good soap anytime you’ve been touching your phone or computer for a long time. It’s actually great to also carry with you some of the hand sanitizing soap because that works very well too.
